  • Applies to: Managers and project leads

Map the process

Write down the path from first contact to paid invoice: lead sources, stages with exit conditions, handoffs and exceptions. A good process map fits on one page.

Clean the data

  • Choose one source of truth per field.
  • Store phone numbers in one format (+972…).
  • Remove duplicates before the import, not after.
  • Record marketing consent and where it came from.

List the integrations

For each one, whether WhatsApp, website forms, accounting or ERP, or email and calendar, write down the trigger, the direction, the fields and what happens when it fails.

Plan permissions, reports and the rollout

  • Decide who sees which customers, and limit export to a few roles.
  • List the reports management reads every week, then the fields they need.
  • Roll out in phases: core records for one team, then integrations, then automation and reporting.

Still need help

Send us what you're seeing. The team that runs it takes it from there.
