Using the site
You may use the website for lawful purposes and in line with these terms. You may not interfere with its operation, try to gain access to systems or data you are not authorised to reach, scan it for vulnerabilities without our written permission, or use automated tools to copy it at a scale that burdens the service.
The information on the site
Content on the site, including descriptions of services, technologies and projects, is general information. It is not an offer, a quotation or professional advice, and it does not create a contract or an obligation to supply anything.
Services are provided only under a written agreement between Comark and the customer. We try to keep the site accurate and current, but we do not promise that it is complete or free of errors.
Services and Comark Engage
These terms cover the website only. Projects, hosting, managed services and Comark Engage are provided under a separate written agreement with each customer, which sets the scope, the price and each side's responsibilities.
Messages that businesses send through Engage on WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram are also subject to Meta's terms and policies for those channels.
Intellectual property
The site and its content, including text, design, graphics, code, the Comark name and logo, and product names, belong to Comark or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other law. Names and logos of customers and other companies belong to their owners and appear for identification only.
You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, republish, modify or use its content commercially without our prior written consent.
Third-party links
The site may link to websites and services that Comark does not operate, including customer sites and the Engage application. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.
What you send us
Information you submit through the contact form must be accurate and lawful, and you must have the right to send it. We handle personal data in your submissions as described in the privacy policy.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Comark is not liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site, or from reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Israel have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that arises from them or from the use of the site.
Changes
We may change these terms and the site at any time. The version on this page applies from the moment it is published. Continued use of the site means you accept the current terms.
